EXPERIENCE
 
Assistant Professor in furniture design at Murray State University. Responsibilities teaching furniture classes, research, serving on appropriate committees, advising students, budgeting, machine maintenance.
Terrence Hunt Studio
Project manager for nationally recognized furniture designer Terry Hunt. Responsibilities include producing all prototype furniture prior to being manufactured. This work ranges from office swivel chairs, outdoor furniture, one of kind furniture, and two Steinway Art Case Pianos, 2006-2008.
Buffalo State College
Coordinator and professor of furniture design program. Responsibilities include teaching two furniture design classes and one 3-D class per semester, implementation of shop safety policies, managing shop budget, ordering all necessary materials, evaluating curriculum, advising students, receiving and implementing new equipment through scientific grants, and machine maintenance, 2005-2006.
University of Louisiana at Lafayette
Wood shop coordinator, responsibilities included designing new safety policies for shop use, machine maintenance, training all studio monitors, applying for and receiving several scientific grants for machinery, ordering all materials and maintaining studio budget. In addition I was Adjunct professor teaching furniture teaching furniture design. 2003-2005.
Savannah College of Art and Design
Studio manager for the furniture design department. Responsibilities included machine maintenance, shop safety policies, ordering all necessary materials for the shop, assisting professors and advising all students technically while working on their projects 2002-2003.
