Returns & Refund Policy 

Our refund and returns policy is as follows.  The buyer has  3 days from the date you physically receive, unpack and inspect the item with your own eyes.  Should your decide that you don’t like the item after the item after the 3 days and you have failed to contact me a refund will not be issued.

Once the client has determined they dont want the piece they must contact me via phone at 1 814 273 0042  or email cosmob73@gmail.com as soon as you realize you don’t want the piece. 

Should you decide you do not want the piece because you don’t like it for any reason a 35% restocking fee of the original retail price will be subtracted from your refund.

I urge all clients to contact me prior to purchase should you have any questions or need help with anything related to your individual. sale.  I am more than willing to do a zoom call with you prior to purchase so you can see the item to decide for yourself.   

Additionally should the buyer decide to send the item back.  The buyer  is responsible for all shipping charges with full insurance  tracking numbers in regards to shipping this item back to Cosmo Barbaro Furniture. 

Refunds minus the 35% restocking fee will only be returned to the seller when the item is received without damage.  In order to send it back safely the buyer will be responsible for safely repacking the item or by having a professional re pack the item. 

Worst case scenario; If the item is received at my shop  damaged.  In order for the client to recoup their money they  would be required to submit an insurance claim with the shipping company and deal with them directly to recieve your refund.
