Bright Red Stool is a one-off design that emphasizes the use of curves.  Creating an ergonomically pleasing seating experience for the user.  Made by hand in Edinboro, PA this custom-built stool features 16 mortise and tenon joints.  Mortise and tenon joints ensure that this piece will last 100 years.

Ergonomics play a key role in the success of this one of a kind stool.  Sitting in this work of art is very comfortable which is a result of curve selection for the seat and the placement of the foot rest.

Historically stools are one of the earliest forms of wooden furniture.  According to Wikipedia, early stool forms date back to 657 BC.  Traditional joinery incorporates all of Cosmo Barbaro Furniture.  We make furniture that will last for a hundred years.   Bright Red Stool uses 12 angled integral mortise and tenon joints that tie this structure together.
